MUG CLUB RULES & POLICIES

1. You must be of legal drinking age in New Hampshire to participate.
2. Memberships are non-transferrable. Membership dues are $100 for one year, and must be renewed annually. If you join mid-year, your membership will NOT be pro-rated.
3. Mugs must remain at the Waterhorse at all times. If you break a mug you will be required to pay a $20 breakage fee before enjoying club benefits again. If we break your mug, we’ll gladly provide you with a new one.
4. Mugs belonging to members may not be used by anyone else.
5. Mug club membership is limited to ~ 100 members. The club year runs from January 1st – December 31st. Renewals always happen the month of December for the upcoming year, regardless of when you join. Non-renewals will be made available to the public January 1.
6. The most active mug club member will get free membership the following year!
7. Any mug club member who drinks irresponsibility, drinks too excessively, and/or disrespects Waterhorse staff or its guests in any way will immediately lose their membership and no refund will be provided.
8. Waterhorse, LLC reserves the right to change the Mug Club rules/polices/perks at any time and to take any actions necessary to comply with the laws of the State of New Hampshire and all municipal laws.
