MUG CLUB RULES & POLICIES
- You must be of legal drinking age in New Hampshire to participate.
- Memberships are non-transferrable. Membership dues are $100 for one year, and must be renewed annually. If you join mid-year, your membership will NOT be pro-rated.
- Mugs must remain at the Waterhorse at all times. If you break a mug you will be required to pay a $20 breakage fee before enjoying club benefits again. If we break your mug, we’ll gladly provide you with a new one.
- Mugs belonging to members may not be used by anyone else.
- Mug club membership is limited to ~ 100 members. The club year runs from January 1st – December 31st. Renewals always happen the month of December for the upcoming year, regardless of when you join. Non-renewals will be made available to the public January 1.
- The most active mug club member will get free membership the following year!
- Any mug club member who drinks irresponsibility, drinks too excessively, and/or disrespects Waterhorse staff or its guests in any way will immediately lose their membership and no refund will be provided.
- Waterhorse, LLC reserves the right to change the Mug Club rules/polices/perks at any time and to take any actions necessary to comply with the laws of the State of New Hampshire and all municipal laws.
